  Came in for some shoes, did not feel the love!!!! we came to spend money like anyone else. Sales agents did not assist much.

  Took 1 year old granddaughter for first pair of shoes. Excellent service, got a balloon and a Nordy stuffed animal.

  Shoutout to my boy Micheal was super helpful from the start and helped me pick out a fragrance. I ended up getting the Versace Eros cologne and the amount of compliments I’ve gotten on it is insane, also got a sample of the one million cologne. GIVE MY BOY MICHEAL A RAISE BEST WORKER THERE.

  Recently I've been shopping at Nordstroms more often for Christmas gifts, for myself and my family and sadly I'm disappointed with where the service is now. It has consistently not impressed me, and I've been shopping in the men's department, the women's department and shoes. The only time someone approached us to ask if we needed help was in the men's department (and he was great with his recommendations). No acknowledgement by anyone whatsoever in women's and in shoes. We walked thru the whole upstairs area without anyone saying a word to us. Also, when we went back to the men's department we were told we have to go upstairs to pick up any items that were tailored. Quite a dissatisfier considering you then have to go back downstairs to try your items to make sure everything is OK. I hope they change this policy back. I miss the old days when Nordstrom’s customer service was the gold standard. It's still better than a lot of stores but not what it used to be. Once you can find someone to help you, they are good, but overall I think they need to be more visible.
