- ECE COct 31, 20251.0They got rid of the customer service desk and in order to return, I have to go each department to do returns and a lot of times go upstairs to return the clothes. Even then they are never there at the register and I have to wait for people to come by. When they do come by, they don’t greet me or don’t even ask me what I need. Because of these unpleasant experiences and making the returns difficult and inconvenient, I don’t shop as much anymore which I used to do a lot especially online shopping. Nordstrom has been known for a great customer service but if they don’t deliver that, no reasons to shop there.

She is amazing at listening to what I prefer and feel comfortable wearing or looking for, has such great recommendations and honest opinions on what I try on. She’s very attentive to details because I am very particular what fabrics are on my skin, she make sure to even checks the small tags to make sure if it’s okay before she brings them to me. I look for mostly natural fabrics. If they don’t have something she’ll help me get it ordered. Effie is a delight to chat with and always makes my shopping experience enjoyable at Nordstrom. If you want anyone to take a good care of you, she would be the best person I’d suggest you go to! Nordstrom also has nice clean bathrooms, big fitting rooms with big mirrors, lots of hanging space, a coffee shop and a restaurant. So convenient and delicious.
