  Very nice staff , very knowledgeable about their products. Nice selection of bags and accessories. Very clean store .

  I didn’t know that they had a Marc Jacobs store in San Antonio until I was searching for a The Tote color on Google. AND it’s located at my favorite mall The Shops of La Cantera?! I just HAD to go! When I entered the store I was greeted by Rodrigo and he was so nice and attentive. He even complimented my MJ The Tote size Medium in Denim. He told me what was new and what sales they had at the time. He was very patient and answered all of my questions.. I truly enjoyed my first visit to an actual Marc Jacobs store and will definitely return!

  Just received my pet portrait purse, which is the only way I would’ve purchased one of these purses anyway. I expressed the details that I didn’t like when I was shown the purse. No one seemed to be bothered or offered any solution. What a waste.
