My son has an allergy to polyester. I understand that for the manager the sales are more important then my son’s blisters on his skin. Moreover,
I was treated as I do not understand , comprehended or read English …on label it says 60 and 33% cotton. I do not want go on here and speak of my educational background.. however for some reason I was asked “ Does it make sense ?’’
The manager got upset that I took it to her team and they confirmed that she misleading me and confirmed the 33% percent cotton
Shame on you ! She just repeated, that she can read !!
The important part is what goes on the skin … due to allergic reaction.
I shop at Lululemon for many many years never ever had an experience like this. It feels as there will be no consequences for this manager, because we/ customers are not important.

Girl at the register was super mean. Younger, blue shirt, gray sweats, messy ponytail. Told her we wanted an exchange and she totally ignored us and lowkey rolled her eyes at us? Had a stank face the whole time as well. The whole transaction just felt very unwelcoming and cold. Only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because the the guy at the next register (with a buzz cut) was super nice and so were the other ppl who helped out. Sorry if you’re having a bad day but Lulu is my happy place and you genuinely ruined it for me and now I’m in a bad mood so thanks :( Not to mention today is Christmas Eve… also she *threw* our old into our new bag. Don’t work in customer service if you’re not gonna be nice!

I don’t think I’ll be coming back to the Lululemon at the Alamo quarry. Every time I’ve gone I’ve gotten someone who assumes something I’m doing wrong, or show sass as if I don’t know what I’m doing. I’ve worked with Customers and workers where I work now, and I know you aren’t supposed to make them feel that way. I just felt a lot of disrespect given towards me when I showed up. Some where great, but I’ve been to nicer Lululemons.

I had went to Lululemon because I had a problem with my yoga pants and I believe the person who help me was the manager. I explained what I was looking for and she gave me three different styles for my needs. She was not rushing me and super helpful. I will Definitely come back here again because of the customer service.
