This discussion also covered my watch preferences, including my use case for Rolexes, the style of Tudors I prefer, and my choice of IWC, which I appreciate for its leather band / complex movements. I had my toddler with me the whole time, and she was antsy to leave, but Leticia was understanding of the family experience and was not upset with the rowdiness. Will definitely be going to Lee Michaels as my preferred jeweler.

Within seconds of entering the store he approached me to show me around the store and eventually helped me select a lovely Mikimoto pendant necklace. We also looked at Tudor and Rolex watches (for me) and I was able to register my interest for a watch I'm interested in purchasing. I've visited many jewelry stores and Rolex ADs, the customer service I got from Jean-Paul is among the best I've ever experienced!

So on our return visit to the store, Nina was so kind and helpful working with my daughter to find some different diamond studs that she would like. Nina is great, and when I return to the store, I will definitely ask for her.
