- KTKristine TuatooFeb 14, 20261.0My daughter was shopping with her grandmother at Lane Bryant on Valentine’s Day and had a deeply troubling experience. The cashier was openly rude and disrespectful—rolling her eyes, showing attitude, and treating them dismissively for no reason. As a woman, it was especially upsetting to see that kind of behavior modeled in front of my daughter. This was a horrible example of how to treat others. Customer service should be professional and respectful, not hostile or condescending. Management needs to address this immediately. No customer—especially a child—should be subjected to or witness that level of disrespect.

Two times in a row I had uneducated workers misinform me on their policy, ended up just deciding to not buy anything and leave. To make the experience more memorable, the lady assisting me today at the counter when I walked in gave me the loveliest stank-eye, she seemed to be bothered by needing to preform her paid duties.
