    Management- ur bathrooms are deplorable .. men’s stalls are filthy - clean the walls and floor . Need new commodes and remodel

    Please fix the ac. Couldn’t do any holiday shopping. It felt horrible . And the store stinks like it needs a carpet and deep cleaning.

    I had a very frustrating experience with manager SABRINA B I waited in line for about 10 minutes, and when it was finally my turn, the cashier had to call her over. When Sabrina arrived, she seemed distracted and made little effort to help locate my rewards account, simply referring me to use a phone number instead. The lack of attention and customer care made the situation even more frustrating. To make things worse, there were only two cashiers working even though there were more than 4 registers available. It’s disappointing to see such poor management and long wait times. Associates also don’t always acknowledge you on the floor.

    Hate shopping at Penny's, the lines are very long and only 1 area to pay. And usually there is only 1 or 2 cashiers available and they do returns and online and take care of registers. It is ridiculous and terrible experience with this store. I'm a senior citizen and I dont have the patience to stand in line for 10 minutes.
