Our appointment was running 45 minutes behind schedule, and when it was finally our turn, the photographer showed zero patience with our family. Instead of working with us after such a long wait, we were asked to reschedule — completely unacceptable after waiting nearly an hour past our appointment time. Very unprofessional and poorly managed. We won’t be returning and definitely don’t recommend this location for family or school photos.
