I waited 2 weeks for the delivery after scheduling a time… no call, no text, they never showed up. They lied about what happened with the delivery and now that I want my money back, JCPenneys says they have to open a case and it will take three weeks once they clear the case. This store is a joke even after speaking to a manager they just read the same talking points and apologize for the policy. No regard or concern for the customer whatsoever. One of the worst experiences as a customer.
