  Stopped by the perfume/colonge area and the employee Kirra (sorry if I misspelled your name) was very friendly and made some great suggestions. We will be back before Valentine's to purchase my gift. Thank you for the great customer service!

  I had a very disappointing checkout experience at this JCPenney location. The cashier, Raylan, was extremely impatient and unhelpful throughout the transaction. Clear communication and basic courtesy go a long way, and unfortunately this checkout experience missed both. Prices were ringing up differently than what was advertised in the store, and instead of clearly explaining why, she brushed off our questions. The additional coupon signage was confusing, and when we asked why the extra 25% off wasn't applying, she did not explain the exclusions and instead repeatedly pushed us to open a store credit card. When we asked for clarification and requested to remove items that were not pricing as stated, her attitude became noticeably rude and dismissive. The entire interaction felt rushed and uncomfortable, especially when we were simply trying to understand the pricing. To make matters worse, all of our purchases were crammed into one bag. When we politely asked for an additional bag, she took the bag from us and redistributed everything into two very small bags, again overstuffed, which felt unnecessarily passive-aggressive. Overall, the experience felt sneaky, poorly explained, and unpleasant.

  Found some good deals and some goods priced comparable to similar stores. But leaving I stopped at the jewelry department as a female store employee was walking out from behind the counter. I asked for a bag to double sack a fragile item. 'WE DO NOT GIVE OUT BAGS!'. We stared at each other for a time and I left telling all who could hear ' LAST TIME I SHOP JC PENNY!" I stopped specifically to shop Penny's to give them business. Not just automatically go to Walmart. Well...... Back to Walmart. They are friendlier and closer. And cheaper. Goodbye Seats...eh Penny's. Over a 2 cent plastic bag! 😮‍💨😡

  This is my go-to store when I need soemthing nice to wear and don't mind getting ruined or breaks the bank. (I know I've said this before somewhere at another jc penny store.) It was after Thanksgiving so they had some decent speciald;however, I found them cheaper on their web store. I regret having to deal with the parking but wanted to go in and try on for size but found stuff cheaper online for the cyber Monday. Place was organized and looked clean. The store was not bad as to organization and cleanliness. I just hate having to deal with parking, lost drivers and people in general.
