  I’ve bought several fine jewelry pieces from Gorjana, and the quality has never disappointed me. I shower, workout, spray perfume and wear them everyday. What actually keeps me coming back is the way they treat you. Every single associate I’ve interacted with, has been so sweet and soft. They are patient, and assist you with trying on different pieces or help give recommendations without forcing a sale. Recently, I had to leave two pieces with them, and they handled everything with so much care. They even emailed corporate for me to make sure things were taken care of properly. It was just… effortless on my end, which I really appreciated. Sonia deserves a special shout-out. She’s such a good leader and took initiative with my situation, by handling everything and following up with me once everything was done. I’m really grateful for them, it’s rare to find a store where both the jewelry and the service are this good.

  Went to Gorjana’s at La Cantera today, October 12, to get one of the most sentimental pieces of jewelry I now own. My gender reveal bracelet<3 The girls let me take my time trying on different shades of blue and pink and were so sweet! Their excitement made the process so special. Can’t wait to come back to buy a letter bracelet once I’ve picked a name. Thank you!!

  EDIT: Came back a year later and Mia actually remembered me! Started to make treating myself to a fine piece of jewelry a yearly birthday tradition. Thank you Megan and Mia for always making my visit feel special and letting me play with different options! I stopped by after the storefront caught my attention. Both ladies were quick to greet me with a friendly smile. Mia was extremely sweet and very helpful in helping me find the perfect early birthday gift. I felt comfortable playing with different pieces and I was not rushed in the slightest. Neither Mia or her colleague were pushy, but rather gave just the right amount of encouragement and allowed me to try on different combinations without forcing extra pieces on me/making our interaction feel too transactional. I am in love with my jewelry and I hope to visit them again soon for the next special occasion. The prices are extremely reasonable considering the quality of their fine jewelry pieces. If you're looking to treat yourself (or someone else), I highly recommend shopping here, especially with Mia!
