This location of Goodwill, which is situated in Mission Crossing in San Antonio, Texas, is a great spot for donation drop-off if you’re in this area! The receiving staff are very kind & helpful when you pull-up your car to drop items off, and the donation station is easy to find. I have not been inside the store, so cannot speak to the shopping experience here. Still, I highly recommend this location (particularly for donation drop-off)! :-)

These people are freaking insane. They want you to leave your stuff at the front counter like you’re going to steal something secondhand when I have a freaking brand new iPad in my backpack they expect me to leave it in the front where someone can just pick it up and run out with it and not behind the counter. I did not comply. Because I find that stupid, I just came to buy pants for work real quick and a lady Named Rosaura was running her mouth . I only come to Goodwill because who wants to buy new pants just to mess them up at work but prices on some things are almost the same as Walmart brand new goodwill is a rip off. Don’t donate nothing to them. They’re not helping that many people l really I believe all that money is going to executives and top positions. They are banking off people’s donations. They need to be audited more thoroughly. I will never donate to Goodwill ever again because the attitude of the employees and I have been donating all kinds of stuff for years. I will not do this anymore or I’ll allow my family to do this. I would rather take it to the streets to the homeless myself or to Haven for Hope well, I know for sure it’s going to be put to use without executives profiting of my donations. all these secondhand stores need to be shut down they really don’t help anyone about themselves

Goodwill is one of my go-to places—not just for finding those fun odds and ends, but also for donating. The employees are always welcoming and friendly, which makes every visit a pleasant experience. I especially appreciate how quick and easy it is to drop off my kids’ outgrown clothes—it’s a stress-free way to declutter and give back at the same time. Love what they stand for and how they make it so convenient to support a good cause!
