Muy buena tienda , pero si quiero decirles que los zapatos de nińo están demasiado caros , a ese precio los encuentras nuevos en otras tiendas , están a más de diez muchos pero si es una excelente tienda eso no se niega

crazy that they are selling (not to be dramatic but it’s true) an extreme health hazard for $35! This was a DONATED item that they are selling for $35 and it’s covered in mold and junk, which could get someone seriously sick. I’m only giving two stars because I found something else that I was looking for.

It was my understanding that the Goodwill employees cannot hold items for themselves at any Goodwill store however when I address the items behind the counter hidden to the cashier she admitted that they were being held although she did offer them to me after I addressed it with her I can't help but think how many items are they holding for themselves like they're hiding all the good items away from people because they see them first and that's not okay. These bags should be put on the floor if not purchased. This is a thrift store it is meant for equal chance for everyone and and unless Goodwill has changed their policy on that they need to publicly state that the donations will be given to employees first

They are well organized and prices are the same for each of the clothing categories. I would suggest lowering book prices. I like the selection but for items that are donated they are above reasonable. Children aren't reading books in the same way as they used to. To encourage reading, literacy, and enjoyment of words the prices could be reduced. I know a profit must be made and that people are working at GW to make a living... but maybe it could be considered. Thanks for your mission!

I shop at Goodwill as often as I can. I went today, on Veteran’s Day. I did not buy much, and I told the cashier I am a veteran, and that I was trying to get my documents to prove I am a veteran. She asked me if I had a card. I told her no, because I did not retire, so I do not get an ID card. She said policy is that I have to prove it on a legal card. I was stunned that I was NOT allowed to use my veteran discount. I served 9 years, and it is a shame I was NOT allowed to use my discount. Will someone please tell me if this is true? A veteran is a veteran whether they serve 1 day or their lifetime. Really, really disappointed y the service I received.
