Amazing buy for some medical equipment, taking into consideration that the pharmaceutical companies have pumped up the pricing. Today was a well spent day buying for some patients that their insurance won't cover supplies.
Visit was great.

Not even 5 minutes into the store and I am already being rudely, disrespected by an employee- “Michelle” I went to the back of the store with my daughter to just to browse and I happened to see a cart full of books. I saw one that caught my attention, I was just peeking at it and here comes the employee rudely reprimanded me saying “you need to wait till I finish” - now if you she had said it in a nice manner ,I would have apologized . Well she didn’t- I am not a child. Nor would have I hoped she would approach a child like that. I quickly responded, that is very rude of you and you did not need to speak to me like that. Then she started raising her voice and responding back to me - I will not lower myself to her and just walked away. I did go to the manager and advise her. That just made my visit there quite unpleasant. I put everything I had back and left the store. I see people go into their carts and NEVER -NEVER have I seen anyone tell them “no” So, I went to the one on Marbach. Let me tell you - I LOVE the people at Marbach. Their employees are always so helpful & pleasant. Love, love , love them! Thank you to Yancey and Silvia ! They treat their customers really well. You know they make one feel like family. Potranco, you need to step up your training on professionalism and customer service to your employees. Maybe the problem is their management. Treat and respect your employees also ,so they know how to interact with others. They say your team reflects the management.

Absolutely disgusted after what I witnessed today. I saw an employee be so incredibly rude to a man who had a military shirt on at that. Manager seemed like she could care less. The employee called the gentleman “stupid” when he asked for her name. She was upset that he was looking at a toy inside her blue bin. Definitely won’t be going here anymore and I’ll make sure I’ll let my military community know as well to stay clear of this place

Very rude encounter today around 1:20 while purchasing a blouse . First time I have been asked so many questions about one item.. where I was wearing it too and what occasion . Employee then proceeded to ask if my military id was made on the computer that it looked faded ..
