- MPMelissa ParrisJul 17, 20251.0I had a bad encounter today at the Donation station due to the fact I showed up at 5:40 pm to donate my items and the man working said I need to come earlier because they were closing. They close at 6pm, I had to come straight from work and made it 20 minutes before they closed. I even said I am sorry I thought ya'll closed at 6 he said yes but they wanted to get out of there. Was very rude jerking things out of my hands and saying he was not taking anymore when I said let me get the items from my backseat as well he said no. Thankfully the lady working was nice enough to let me hand it to her. This is not the first time I have had rude service by the same individual, I had went to drop off a dresser and he said no that he was not going to get it. I had help with me to unload it and still would not let me leave it. Had to drive to a different goodwill to donate and they even unloaded for me.
