She was very unhelpful and seemed visibly upset that I wasn’t a knowledgeable florist who knew what “spray” vs classic meant. When I asked if she could show me flower sizes due to the $20 difference in price…. She told me they didn’t have them and then another associate said they did. She stomped to the back barely looked for them and started asking where the flowers were. She didn’t even bother to look. I left. Considering many customers go in there during difficult life events… I would not recommended this place until staff is retrained.
