Visited La Cantera store on 12/5/25 Not one person working there had a smile on their face nor did anyone ever acknowledge any of the customers. I mean a simple hello or welcome goes a long way. I went in with the intention of paying whatever it meant if someone would have said hi or hello is there anything I can help you with, my answer would have been here is my cc just style me. Instead it looks like everyone working there seems like they hate their job.

I hadn’t used my extra 10% off code and was assured by customer service that they would honor it at store pick-up with no issues. Of course, that wasn’t the case. At the store, I encountered problem after problem. I had to speak with three different employees, one of whom even called customer service on my behalf. Despite the note clearly being on the order, customer service came up with all sorts of creative excuses to avoid applying the discount and wasted our time in the process. The experience was truly unsatisfactory and discourteous - just a lot of tail-chasing. Honestly, I would have preferred a straightforward “no, it’s not possible” instead of being misled.
