    I had a very disappointing experience with Edible Arrangements. I placed an order on Dec 7 and clearly requested delivery by 10 AM on Dec 9. When I called at 10, I was told it was already out for delivery. Hours later, at 12:45 PM, I called again only to find out the order hadn’t gone out at all because they “didn’t have certain balloons” — and no one bothered to notify me. I asked for a refund, but was told they can’t even begin processing it for six days, and then it would take another 2–3 business days to receive it. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. I won’t be ordering from them again.
