    If you have an average sized foot (size 6-7) dont even bother with this store and just buy online. They never have stock of sizes below 9.5 and everything is “out on the floor” so theres no backstock either.

    I bought a size shoe too small, I went to exchange it for a bigger size, and “Mayra” said she couldn’t do it because she had already “returned it.” I then asked if they have the size of the shoe I needed, she gave me an attitude and said “no. We don’t have it” and proceeded to show me the device for inventory, I said it was for a birthday present today, and if she could help me check in person, she AGAIN said her device showed they don’t have it, but she’d “I guess” check. We go check and THEY HAVE THE SIZE. I told my boyfriend who the shoes are for and who was on the phone, that they’re being REALLY rude in Spanish. “Mayra” then chimes in and says “there’s no issue, I found your shoe, the reason I said it wasn’t here was because my device showed it wasn’t there,” I said “but I asked you to check physically.” She then raised her voice at me and proceeded to get even more unprofessional and rude, I told her “girl, you’re soooooo silly. Please ring up my shoes.” And she did, and I left. Worst experience ever. Wow, so rude! She was being lazy and simply didn’t want to do her job, mind you I wasn’t asking for anything mind numbingly complex. RUDE. “Mayra” is a liability to DSW if she’s treating others the way she did me.

    Mayra is the rudest employee they have. She doesn't want to look for stuff customers ask, she was raising her voice at my girlfriend for not doing her job. The whole situation felt very hostile. Do better.
