Had a fabulous celebration for my 50th birthday! Champagne, sweets, and a happy birthday serenade! And of course....lots of shopping :) shoes, purses, perfumes...everything to help celebrate a milestone. Excellent customer service 👌

Extremely poor customer satisfaction. I went to the store to try on a pair of shoes for my wedding, which is not until June, I am currently writing this in May. I asked for a 3 inch heel, where Duong and her team pointed me a specific pair. They did not have my size in the shoe, I tried a similar shoe, and had them order it to my place in Dallas. Upon arrival of my shoes, I took them to my bridal alteration point appointment to try on with my dress. That is when I realized the heels were not in fact, 3 inches, but however, four inches and extremely uncomfortable with my dress. I also noticed that there were specs of the fabric missing on the front side of the shoe. When attempting to return, as I no longer saw these fit for my wedding dress, we were told that that the shoe is worn and no longer returnable. I find this in fact, completely absurd, as I tried the shoes on once with my wedding dress, because I never got to try on the actual shoe in the store. On top of it, there was a missing piece of fabric. I have ordered a lot of shoes in my life, and never have I been denied a return after a one time try on, especially having never tried it before. Now I am stuck with an extremely uncomfortable shoe that I do not want to wear to my wedding, that I never would have purchased in the first place if they had told me correctly that it was 4 inches instead of three. I have the San Antonio Dior team and manager to thank for this very sour experience.
