  Walked in with my high-energy toddler and was promptly assisted by Julian Barrera. Luxury stores typically frown upon little kiddos running around but my experience was the exact opposite. Julian was so kind and welcoming, even going so far as to run out of the store to give my little guy a bag of Oreo cookies. He helped me get squared away with a gorgeous bracelet and didn’t make us feel like a burden. Bravo David Yurman for hiring such an incredible person, you (and Julian specifically) have just earned customers for life. I can promise we will go out of our way to give business to this specific location because the customer service and overall shopping experience were superb. Again, bravo Julian!

  Went in and had to wait a little bit which was fine. More people walked in doing the same transactions I was planning to do and were helped in less than 15 minutes. I was skipped over by multiple people after waiting for over an hour. I ended up not doing my exchange and just dropped off my piece for cleaning which they said I could leave and come back in an hour 1/2. Upon going back an hour 1/2 later they said they were closed and I couldn’t pick my piece up after being cleaned and had to go in the next day.

  Absolutely shocked by how rude the sales woman who we worked with today was. Went in looking for a chain and cross for my father in law.. she pulled a few pieces out, and my husband and I were talking amongst each other about which we liked. I asked if we could take a photo of it so we could walk around and think on it. She told me yes, followed by a snarky, “or you could just buy it.” To which I just laughed off. I then asked about a current piece I own. Backstory: I have a thicker gold chain with 3 diamond initials. I went in a few months ago because one of the initials fell off (came unclamped). The man who helped me that time was kind and told me it felt loose and came unclamped, to which he re-clamped it on for me. Sure enough, it comes unclamped again and falls off. Now I am out hundreds of dollars. I nicely asked if there’s anything they could do/if they have any warranty. She literally rolled her eyes, immediately dismissed me and said “we don’t offer warranty on any of our pieces. You can buy another one.” SOOOO SO rude!!!!! These pieces are so expensive!!! I understand your policy but oh my god, have some empathy for your customers who are paying thousands for your necklaces and don’t just dismiss them/be so rude. I did not catch her name, but she had dark hair, lots of makeup/fake eyelashes and bright red lipstick. If I were the manager or owner of this location I would want to know. We’ve spent tons on DY pieces and she ruined this location for me. TRUST me and go to Lee Michael’s right across, where they have a huge DY selection . They treat their customers so so well and don’t act tacky.
