Great place to visit if you are in the area, especially if you have kids. The indoor water features are really cool, and they keep the store very clean for it being so big.

I picked up a gun sling to purchase and was simply walking around the store to see if something else would catch my eye . After 15 minutes or so I was approached by a young staff member and was asked if he could help . He was very rude with an attitude as if I was going to steal something. I responded I was just looking at all the nice things there cause I haven't shopped there in a long time . Once again he asked if he could help with this bad attitude. I asked where the register was and went to pay for the sling . There were 3 other customers in the next isle but he never offered assistance to them . I felt that I was stereotyped as a thief, that pissed me off . I'm 65 years old and damn sure be needed to be treated that way by some young rude punk . I doubt I will ever shop there again and will spread the word to others about my experience. I called to talk to a manager to share my experience but of course they weren't available or want hear my complaint. Bad on Bass Pro for having such poor employees with bad attitudes.
