Went in to return and pick up some items, and Nate helped us out—he was great! His customer service was unmatched, and he was very kind. Y’all have a fantastic staff member. The store was also really clean and looked great.

Went to pickup an online order and the manager stated they’re closed due to inventory. The manager was very unhelpful . I’ve never noticed a store being closed during the day for inventory.

Placed an online order that was supposed to be ready in store within 2hrs. That never happened. I had to call the store to track down my order. When I went to pick it up, I asked to exchange a pair of jeans for a different size and was told that wasn’t possible but I could “buy them if I wanted to”. So now I will be returning the entire order due to the inconvenience ☺️
