- LLLvJan 26, 20261.0I so want to give 5 Stars to this store because I absolutely love American Eagle as a brand. Sadly, I’m going to have to give 1 Star today because of how stressful checking out was. I felt rushed which left me confused as the store wasn’t packed (literally aside from me, there were about two other people). Additionally, the stress of being rushed lingered after leaving the store and I could only wonder what could’ve been done differently. As I would like to come back to have a less stressful experience. Even with how nice the staff was, they failed at actually delivering on quality customer service. To detail, communication was severely lacking as my cashier seemed spacey and out of touch which lead me to making two separate purchases as I was uninformed the first time. Which normally isn’t a big deal, until you feel rushed to leave. Anyways, I’m sad to have had such poor customer service experience with the employees of American Eagle. I really hope the one star isn’t discouraging rather only a reminder to do better! Once again, I’d like to come back and hope to have a better experience so I can update my review. Thank you!
