- KPKamica Paxton5 days ago1.0Unfortunately I will not be returning to this location. I bought 4 pairs of jeans from la cantera a month previously and noticed one pair was a short and not regular length like the others. I saved the tags but they were from a different pair on that same receipt by mistake. When I went in I asked to exchange the brand new pair I had (unworn) for a regular length and they made me feel belittled asking if I had bought these “for a really good deal” he had definitely not seen these before. And repeatedly asking “where I got these” or if they were “from online for a good deal” when I hadn’t and they were from la cantera in plenty supply a few weeks prior. He continually made me feel questioned embarrassed and the two workers smirked to each other throughout the process. I hadn’t shopped at American eagle in years and definitely will not be going back to the North Star location because of the way the employees made me feel and were unwilling to attempt to help me in any way.
