  Alo quality is awful and their return policies around the holidays are even worse. I got a sweatshirt for Christmas that I realized had a rip in the seem before we even left the house, of course tags were off bc we were on the way out the door. I immediately went to the store in San Antonio and the manager - McKinley was extremely rude and unhelpful. Her attitude was insanely disrespectful and she has no business in customer service. She said she could do absolutely nothing bc I’m past the return window. It was a Christmas gift which I received on December 25th, didn’t wear the item until Jan 5th, realized the rip in seam and came in on January 8th. Really poor customer service!

  I am extremely disappointed in the customer service and return policy. Don’t plan to shop early for Christmas or birthday gifts as you can’t return anything. While attempting return I heard numerous other clients also complaining about the policy. There are many other stores with just as good of products and better customer service!

  I visited this location 2 days ago, and my experience was disappointing to say the least. The manager on duty (I was told by another employee that her name was mckinly) displayed an attitude that was completely uncalled for. When I asked basic, reasonable questions, she responded with passive-aggressive remarks and an eye-rolling level of entitlement. Shocked that someone who has an ugly attitude like hers can get this far in a management position. Her tone was rude, dismissive, and made it very clear she had no interest in actually helping customers. I left feeling genuinely disrespected, and I’m still surprised that someone with that behavior represents this business in a leadership position. This location seriously needs to reevaluate its management standards. Whoever their general manager is, I hope he/she can talk some professionalism into this lady because Interactions like this push customers away. Safe to say I won’t be stepping foot in this place ever again. Trash customer service mckinly!!!!!
