  Just added 2 new pairs to my closet !! I am writing to commend Lane for the outstanding customer service I received. My appreciation for the brand is unwavering. My usual purchasing behavior involves acquiring items in pairs for different purposes. Lane not only fulfilled my immediate needs but also proactively suggested a new platform style. His ability to understand my preferences and provide a relatable experience was impressive. He offered comprehensive product information, including care instructions for various leather types, which will extend the lifespan of my collection.   Terrible experience trying to return shoes that don't fit. Even if you only wore them for 1 second to try them on, just say "I don't like the style," and never say you tried them on.

  Chris was so helpful! I thought I was doomed since I wear a half size and the size down was just not working. He helped me re-lace them so it was a perfect fit. Thank you so much, I can now wear these shoes comfortably and with the right size.

  Love the stuff here but I cannot in good conscience support this location. The manager, Chris, publicly berated one of his employees for not selling “the right way”. When i told him it was okay Chris was very rude to both me and his employee. It was embarrassing for both of us and pretty much ruined my day.
