  The other week I went in to browse and find a few items for my graduation wishlist, and Michael was so helpful and made the experience a lot of fun. I told him the budget my family gave me and he pulled some items and made suggestions on potential stacks and helped me make my list. Even though I didn't plan on buying anything that day he still gave me a great experience and didn't rush me in any way, which has been my experience in some stores when they are aware that you're not a potential sale in that moment. Overall, I had a wonderful time and will be definitely be back. Big thank you to Michael, he was amazing!

  I’m a HUGE fan of David Yurman and already own several pieces, so I was really excited to see a store open at La Cantera. Chris was the first sales associate I worked with, and his customer service and knowledge of the brand were outstanding. He made me feel genuinely appreciated and respected, which really elevated the experience. He also helped repair some of my spouse’s and my existing Yurman pieces, which was a huge plus. The entire staff carries themselves with class, and the store itself looks fantastic. I’m already looking forward to my next purchase—thank you!

  I had an incredible experience purchasing an engagement ring here. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and delivered something truly special. And most importantly… she said YES!!!! 💍🔥

  Walked in with my high-energy toddler and was promptly assisted by Julian Barrera. Luxury stores typically frown upon little kiddos running around but my experience was the exact opposite. Julian was so kind and welcoming, even going so far as to run out of the store to give my little guy a bag of Oreo cookies. He helped me get squared away with a gorgeous bracelet and didn’t make us feel like a burden. Bravo David Yurman for hiring such an incredible person, you (and Julian specifically) have just earned customers for life. I can promise we will go out of our way to give business to this specific location because the customer service and overall shopping experience were superb. Again, bravo Julian!
