  Great store, even better staff. Jasibe the manager on duty at the time of my purchase had exceptional customer service. She was very knowledgeable of every product in the store. She made sure I was comfortable and confident in the work shoes I purchased. I will definitely be returning in the foreseeable future. Thank you for creating a great shoe buying experience.

  Let me begin by stating the experience I had shopping at this Carhartt Store location was the absolute BEST that I have experienced at ANY store in a very long time. When I entered this location, just seeing what items they had and how the pricing was, I was greeted by one of the store employee's. Jasibe was absolutely incredible!! When I walked in, she was folding (best folds I've seen in clothing store as well) some of the T-shirts, and didn't hesitate to ask if I needed any help or had any questions which I did. Not only did she answer them all, but also knew all the important details about how the different styles fit, the material percentage of what they were made of, if they shrink after you wash them, etc. WOW!!! I have never been so informed on an item or items that I was thinking about buying. Then I asked about trying some on, she showed me where the fitting room was and made herself available if I had anymore questions to let her know. I felt bad going back & forth to try some of the shirts she folded, and then another employee came out, to help her. Martin, another great employee had the same demeanor. Very helpful, never seem annoyed to have to help or answer questions. After all of this, not only did I purchase some shirts, I also signed up for rewards with my name and email which I never do bc I hate the possibly of spam, (Raf) was the one who helped me with checking out who was also helpful in all the ways I mentioned above. I'm not one to write google reviews much either, but had to acknowledge these people in just how AWESOME they are and how refreshing it was to have an awesome shopping experience there. I WILL BE BUYING ANYTHING CARHARTT there first before going anywhere else, even if it means paying a little more for an item just bc of the experience. I asked if a supervisor/manager was there to thank them and to let them know just how great these employees are. Wouldn't you know, Jasibe interim store supervisor/manager...WOW again. To the person or group who runs this location......YOU NEED TO KEEP, HIRE JASIBE ON FULL TIME!! JUST SAYING I'll def be going back for more clothing from that location in the near future. Jasibe, Martin & Raf....thank you all. BRAVO on the customer service experience you delivered today!!!

  Martin and Amayiah were super great and extremely helpful, I will definitely be buying in-store more often! Everyone greeted us when we came in and answered any questions we had. Overall great experience!
