  Normally I don’t have issues here but today was awful! I had a curbside pick up for running spikes for my daughter. We get the box and of course there is no spikes or shoe bag in the box. I paid 60$ and so I got inside and the young lady who was doing curb side let me know she doesn’t work in the shoe department. So the lady in charge I guess of the shoe department seemed annoyed that she had to help me. I then explained to her what was missing and she was like well they get stolen. Um understandable but hello can you get some spikes and bag for it and she was like I’ll check. She comes back with some looking so upset. And I’m all about customer service maybe I caught her on a bad day but man just be a little more courteous to customers.

  Which way should I go? I need to fry some chicken. I love academy academy has always been place where I can come and buy anything I need. Thank you academy. This is a great place to come and shop for clothes and great prices

  I’d give it zero stars if I could. I’ve tried shopping at Academy 4-5 times in the past month. (Let’s be honest, that’s a lot). Each time they didn’t have the product and the staff responded with the same answer “well we can’t control the website so what am I supposed to do”. Well as a customer who is trying to spend hundreds (wanted to buy weights and a treadmill) and each time we were met with disrespect and a condescending attitude. So needless to say, I’m gonna take my business elsewhere, whether it is Amazon, or Dicks because this company has gone downhill with service. I don’t recommend this particular store (I won’t speak on stores I haven’t shopped at).

  Academy Sports + Outdoors is easily one of my favorite places to shop whenever I need anything for sports, fitness, outdoor activities, or even just everyday essentials. Every time I come here, I leave impressed by how much they have in one store. The selection is huge, and it really feels like a one stop shop for just about everything. Whether you are looking for workout gear, shoes, fishing equipment, camping supplies, clothing, coolers, hunting gear, or even basic home and outdoor items, Academy always seems to have exactly what you need. It is the kind of place where you come in for one item and end up finding several more things you did not even realize you needed. One of the things I appreciate most about this store is how organized and easy it is to shop. Even though the store is large, the layout makes it easy to find what you are looking for without feeling overwhelmed. The aisles are usually neat, well stocked, and clearly labeled, which makes the whole shopping experience much smoother.
