  I can to this store to buy a Yeti Hopper M15, as I had previously tried to purchase it at the Potranco and 1604 store. The product was not available at that store and the associate told me that two weee available at the 410 and Military Drive store. Almost all the Yeti products are locked down, so I had to get help. There is a button nearby that is supposed to ask for associate help. That button at the 1604 and Potranco store worked great, as the associate came to help me in about two minutes. At this store, I clicked on the button, waited for about 1/2 hour, and no one showed up up. Finally want to the gun aisle and asked the associate their for help, he said he would send someone over. That didn’t happen. I finally saw an associate coming over, his name was Hazel, he said he would come back, and he didn’t. I walked back to the gym aisle, and saw that Hazel was walking out. He went through different aisles and didn’t come back to help me. I had to chase him down and whistled for him to come back and help me. Associate didn’t even apologize. He goes back to the gun associate to get the key to unlock the Yetis. He couldn’t unlock the Yetis, he then had to ask for help and got Adrienne to help. By this time I vented to her what happened, and told her that the customer service was atrocious. She tried to explain that the associate did the best he could. I told her that he blatantly walked back without helping me, or he forgot. To me, he decided not to help, and avoided me by walking to his original spot he was working, without helping me. Bottom line, you all can decide, rarely do I give a bad review, an almost always give the store or service a chance once again. This time, not going back to this store, as the service was lousy. Good luck in getting help at that store.
