  I have never been so frustrated waiting in a line, there was no special or savings weekend going on literally two self check out kiosk made a 50 person line with the academy team just standing there talking. I literally walked and went to dicks sporting goods.

  Bad service the employee start talking shit about the price of what I was getting because I was popping different price and I was n discount n he don't want to walk to check that's his job and obviously he don't want to do it

  Wouldn't sell me a long gjn because im under 21 . That's not how the law works at all . Everyone who works in the gun department seems to be some nerd. And its not because I didnt pass background check. Its very wrong for them to deny me looking at the gun just because im not 21. It was a carbine long gun. Not anything crazy

  Had a bad experience with the cashier, Maddy (name was given to us by another employee). We came in to exchange some boots and from the beginning Maddy had a terrible attitude with us. We were trying to understand the process because we did not have our receipt so we had to give her our bank card so she could look up the purchase, she was going to give us credit for a less amount than what we paid, we did not think that was right because we paid more.. she laughed at us and called us feisty when we requested another employee to help us… she had an exchange of words with me. She definitely should not be in customer service. The lady that helped us after was great, she gave us the credit we paid for and we were able to exchange our boots with no issue. She was very nice and apologized for the other girl, which she did not have to. I wish I got her name.

  Store has its usual selection and items are easy to find. However, this store’s new checkout process sucks. 11 registers, 3 open, handling purchases, exchanges, returns, and online pickups. Took 10 minutes to purchase 3 items when the store was not busy. Long serpentine line to wait through. Might be looking for a different sporting goods store.
