  I am beyond furious with the experience I just had. I purchased crocs two days ago. Normally I get a text receipt but I had other items for my grandsons so I gave their mom the paper receipt. I realized I got the wrong size for my son (confusing tag, but my fault). I have been up working since 4 am working and my son needs his crocs tonight. My 28 year old daughter offers to exchange. They are unworn, with all tags and the shoe hanger still attached. Tori, the cashier, was extremely rude to her. She insisted that she needed the receipt or the card used to do an even exchange for the same pair but a different size. Their online exchange policy clearly states that you can exchange with an ID (which my daughter had and tried to present). I had to leave work and drive 35 minutes to present a card. My daughter sat and waited for me in the parking lot!! Now I have to drive back 35 minutes and my daughter will be late delivering the crocs. What should have been a simple exchange was a massive waste of both of our time and added unnecessary stress. This is my closest Academy (and I am a regular) but I will never set foot in this store again. Even writing this review is a huge waste of time but I think all should beware. The manager was lame and had me walk to the gun counter to speak with her. If I could give ZERO stars on my experience, I would.

  Danielle, Marcus and Manager Stephanie provided me with outstanding customer service during my recent visit. Knowledgeable, couteous and extremely patient answering all my questions. Outstanding. Please let them know their effort is valued. Thanks.

  I'll be honest and say I will probably never walk into the store again. I needed to get a mouth guard for one of my children and it was labeled as $9 and the double guard which protects the bottom and top teeth were $20. When I got up to the cashier they charged me $30. I'm not sure what to do with this. I should have just ordered it online instead of doing a brick and mortar store that was discounted and wasn't placing items in place. I honestly would avoid this one and make sure you check the prices before coming out.

  Had a great experience today with my online order pick-up. Stephanie and the pick up counter, helped me out tremendously she was kind and very helpful. We need more people like her! 5 stars! Will be back!
