  I was expecting better but my shirt shrunk after first wash. Tried to return it didn't manager accepted the return 😔

  Today me and my lady were visiting the Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store at Round Rock Premium Outlet and I have to say my experience was very unpleasant and uncomfortable. We walked in with the intent on purchasing some polo shirts so we were browsing around the store. Upon reaching the first station we were browsing I immediately noticed one of the workers who wasn’t initially there watching us like we were about to steal something. I wrote it off and turned back around until my lady said another lady had walked up to the previous lady that was standing behind us and started watching her. They never asked if we needed help or anything just stood there and watched the entire time acting like they were holding a conversation amongst each other. Upon realizing this despicable act of watching only certain customers or be it certain ethnicities while there were other customers in there before us, we calmly and peacefully walked out with the the intention of never visiting this store ever again. We visited other stores at the outlet after that experience and no other store made us feel this way.

  Awesome sales! Travis who helped us was also awesome and very helpful and friendly, he made made my first time in a Polo store great! Can't wait to return!
