  The store was very organized and easy to shop. The staff was extremely polite and helpful, and the manager, Melissa, provided outstanding customer service. She was attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience pleasant. I truly appreciated the great service and will definitely be back!

  I had a really great visit at Windsor. I came in not able to find a dress and the young lady that worked your name. DONNA is very helpful. They all were very welcoming. I would love to come shop here and recommend other shoppers as well.

  Extremely disappointed in the staff at this location. They are not friendly at all. They lack basic etiquette. The manager does not know how to take care of their customers. So many people myself included left empty handed. Don’t go here unless you want to deal with petty attitudes and eye rolls. ICK.

  Clothing quality sucks and so does the customer service. Employees will follow you around the store if you are dressed in comfy clothing 😂 horrible atmosphere too btw don’t waste ur coin here ladies

  I love it here!!!! The customer service is always amazing! The staff is super helpful with outfit ideas and styling options, especially when I show them pictures of what I’m going for😗They always help me work with what I already have and make everything come together. The girls there are literally so awesome—best experience every time!
