I purchased a pair of sunglasses, and shortly after, the lens popped out. When I approached the salesperson for assistance, I was met with indifference rather than support. Instead of offering to exchange the sunglasses or help me resolve the issue, the salesperson called security over to me, implying that my presence as a Brazilian customer was somehow a concern. This experience left me feeling disrespected and discriminated against. I expected to receive customer service that aligns with Sunglass Hut’s reputation, but instead, I encountered a lack of support and a dismissive attitude. I hope you take this matter seriously and address the behaviour of your staff, as it reflects poorly on your brand.

They have 2 shops in the outlet. Jessica is in the one what is right near the Swarovski shop. (Not the one by Starbucks.) Have fun! :)
