    I had a very disappointing experience at the Michael Kors store due to the store manager’s behavior. I purchased a watch a week ago, and when I returned after noticing it was damaged, the manager refused to exchange it. What made the situation worse was her rude and dismissive attitude. When I asked her to explain why an exchange was not possible, she responded unprofessionally and showed no willingness to help or even communicate respectfully. This was especially frustrating because the salesperson who sold me the watch clearly remembered the transaction and acknowledged that she was the one who sold it to me. As a customer, I expected basic courtesy and accountability—especially from a luxury brand. Selling a damaged product and then refusing to take responsibility, while treating the customer poorly, is unacceptable.     Victoria store manager and Shawn at store staff worst behavior today and last week. We have traveled all the way from south Austin, they are not allowing in to the store today. I never recommend this store. I would like to report this. Even open hours store is not fully ocupied they said store is closed. Worst worst. Never go to this place

    I am going to Las Vegas next week for my bachelor party and I needed my MK watch resized, the store was crazy busy and Ms. Aide went out of her way to help me out and took care of this for me so I could wear my watch to Vegas. Excellent Customer service! I will certainly be returning to this location because of Ms. Aide.
