I purchased a watch a week ago, and when I returned after noticing it was damaged, the manager refused to exchange it. What made the situation worse was her rude and dismissive attitude. When I asked her to explain why an exchange was not possible, she responded unprofessionally and showed no willingness to help or even communicate respectfully. This was especially frustrating because the salesperson who sold me the watch clearly remembered the transaction and acknowledged that she was the one who sold it to me. As a customer, I expected basic courtesy and accountability—especially from a luxury brand. Selling a damaged product and then refusing to take responsibility, while treating the customer poorly, is unacceptable. This experience has seriously affected my trust in the store and its management. ⸻ If you want it more emotional, shorter, or more formal (for Google/Yelp), tell me where you’re posting it and I’ll tailor it.

Excellent Customer service! I will certainly be returning to this location because of Ms. Aide.
