Ordered a birthday set for 1 hour delivery at 9am- called the store 15 times from 9am to 330pm and customer support twice. No answer from the store and customer support assured me It would deliver before 5pm (i let them know the buisness closed at 4pm hence the 1 hour delivery this AM) was told i can get a refund once the store "responds" and it could be 5 buisness days. Ruined a birthday- do not buy from this store you will not get your purchase and will be a pain to refund (if i even get one). to top it all off- we didnt get anything detailed either- just cookies, cupcakes, & balloons for $100.
