In particular Jessica who I believe was the store manager or supervisor who basically asked the sales rep helping me to stop because whatever she needed was more important. This left both the employee and myself feel awkward. She did not apologize or acknowledge that I was a paying customer, and just demanded the employee to help her first. I ended up waiting (20 mins) until they finished because I needed the product however in other circumstances I would've left when a store chooses to arrange a bag rather than helping a customer.
