They'll tell you one thing, you'll make a special trip to go for the thing you called to confirm about, and then they'll tell you that actually they don't do that (cologne sample in an empty sample bottle - gotten it there before) and the person you talked to must not have understood what you were talking about. Definitely feel gaslit and lied to. Disappointed.
