The staff has always been kind, friendly, helpful and patient. The home items have great deals too. I also appreciate the Salon (Clarissa- young lady with her own style). I’m actually going to visit JC Penny’s today! Rockwall JC Penny’s- my favorite!❤️

- CTCarolyn TaylorFeb 8, 20261.0Was at the JCP in rockwall today. Vanity fair panties were on sale 5.99 each for 7 or more pairs. At check out, 3 pair were rang up as 14.50. I told my cashier Suason (i think, was spelled uniquely) and she was kind about it and said she would ask someone to look into it. Another cashier came over and said, not those, they havent been marked down yet. I explained the signage indicated differently. Other cashier still said no. So, Suason asked me if i would like to talk to a manager, i said yes. Manager came and said no not these. I explained the signage again and she said no. Then i recommended fixing the signage, because there was no distinction between this and that. Thats when Olivia, the manager became condescending. Oh yes i will do that, yes ma'am (it was hateful and intended to be patronizing)! It was uncalled for, thats when it go. I knew she was not interested in the last few customers JCP has left. And, this is JCP, yall should be trying a little harder to keep your last few customers cuz im not sure how many more you can afford to loose. None the less subtract one more from that total, i will not be back and will close my account. To bad i had to give the one star and what happened to customer service?
