A dear friend had to put her dog down and I wanted to do something for her quickly. I submitted an order for a large arrangement at 2am for pickup by 1pm. Less than 12 hours and it was not just ready on time but I was exactly as pictured. Beautiful arrangement and fruit was fresh. I will 100% order again. God bless this sweet lady doing her best to fill orders all by herself. I don’t know her personally and have avoided this store for years because of bad reviews. So I felt compelled to let everyone know about my experience. I never leave reviews… but hope others will give this store a chance if you’ve been hesitant too. 🥰

I ordered birthday special fruits and.chocolate 3-days prior to delivery..At 3:30pm on delivery day I called and I was told it was out for delivery and they have till 8pm to deliver. Even thou at the time of scheduling it said 10- 5pm delivery time. It is 7:56pm of delivery day and no order insight. I called the store and they were closed. Too stunned to speak I will never order from this location ever again. I should have checked your reviews with more 1-stars online. The Day After update: My order was never delivered. It was meant to be a surprise gift. I am disappointed and disgusted. Anyway reading take this review serious. Try another location. I already called corporate and waiting for their response.

Theres a reason they are rated 3 stars out of 70 reviews. I placed an order on Monday, to be delivered Tuesday. I got the confirmation email, but Tuesday night came around, and my daughter didn't receive her surprise. Edible arrangements did not give me a call or email letting me know anything. I had to call them this morning, where a guy said it didnt make it out for delivery yesterday but delivering it today. Then whats the point of picking the day on their website and paying for the service, if they're not going to do that. Never using this company again.
