Everyone is helpful. The dressing rooms are well maintained. This is an amazing store. I recently met Amy the manager. I had to tell her she is doing a great job and has wonderful employees. The store looks exceptionally well kept. Thank you to this team that makes my shopping experience absolutely enjoyable!

- SUSusan UnderhillOct 13, 20251.0I remember when Belk Rockwall first opened. It was pristine, well organized and beautifully laid out making for a pleasant shopping experience. But lately they have been on a downhill trajectory. Multiple check out stations have been reduced to one or two, same with fitting rooms. If you stand in the aisle and make a 360° scan of the sales floor it looks like a garage sale. Most of the racks are "clearance" with random items crammed wherever they will fit. The check out area in the womens dept usually has inventory in piles on and around the desk, as they don't have adequate staffing to return fitting room items to the floor in a timely manner. I predict this store will close for good within a couple of years. All the signs are there.
