They said it would be right out. After another 5 mins an employee came out and got my order information and realized I had somehow ordered it for pick up at a store in Plano. So frustrating, especially after the long day I had. I asked her if there was any way to have it switched to the store in Rockwall and she walked me through how to cancel the pick up and change the pick up to where I was. Her name was Natalie and she ran in and completed the order immediately for me and ran it out so quickly! I was so appreciative for her help. True customer service!!

Just left this establishment, was going to buy two folding Magellan stargazing reclining chairs for $49.99 each, as listed on the shelf. Go to ring up and they’re $10 higher each. One of the kids goes back and does a price check and he comes back with a third different price. Complete confusion, nobody there had an option to make something right, so I just left and will be buying my products at Amazon! Congrats Academy, you just lost another customer. I would take a picture of your empty parking lot, but I don’t wanna make you feel too bad. Joke!
