- DNDoug NesmithAug 20, 20251.0I ordered a floral arrangement on a Monday for deliver on Tuesday but early afternoon on Tuesday I received a call stating they did not have the flowers I requested and would substitutions be okay. I agreed but later that afternoon, their door dash delivery person picked up the arrangement and unassigned themself and kept the flower arrangement for themself. My arrangement recipient, who was recovering from surgery, received emails and a phone call stating the arrangement had arrived but it had not. I would have thought that when they realized what had happened, they would have bent over backwards to make sure the arrangement was delivered but instead I had to call this morning to cancel and get a refund. This turned from a gift into a hassle for someone who didn’t need it at this time. If they trust door dash to deliver their delicate floral arrangements, I won’t use them again. Very disappointed in their lack of effort in making sure my arrangement was delivered on time. Will never use again. To clarify: You contacted the recipient and my wife who was with her. I didn’t know about the problem until after they called me and by that time you were closed for the day. You never contacted me directly except to tell me you didn’t have the flowers I ordered.
- AGAmanda GipsonAug 19, 20253.0The flowers were pretty. Per their website when ordered delivery was promised same day, however the order was not delivered until the following day. Definitely call to place your order to confirm delivery instead of using their online ordering. It was a disappointment and we won’t be using them again. Order # 23472276. See picture of email where it shows the original delivery date then up above where google updated the delivery date from the other email.
