  Went today, Friday, at 9:15 and it’s closed without explanation. No sign or anything. No wonder the reviews are so bad

  My friend ordered a birthday delivery for me. The delivery driver texted me he was on his way. I responded and asked if he could leave the arrangement with my apt office, as I wasn’t home. I was out & did respond a bit late, so that was my fault for not responding earlier. However, he read the message & never responded. When I got home, about 30 min later after sending the message, my arrangement was not at my door or with my apt office. I texted & asked if it was delivered. He called me & explained that he took the order back to the store, because the address was taking him to the church across the street from the apartment. I asked for the address on the order & my friend had made a typo & put 1 digit wrong in the address, so it took him to the church. I am grateful he didn’t leave it at the empty church, however, neither me or my friend were called & asked about the delivery or communicated this. He could have called me (or my friend, the person who made the order) when the GPS took him to the church & we would have directed him 1 minute to the apartments across the street. He told me I could schedule a re-delivery by calling the store directly, or just go and pick it up. Again, he didn’t communicate any of this until I asked if it was delivered. The store made no attempt to make a resolution. I called the store & they did not offer a re-delivery. He told me to come pick it up & asked me twice what specific time I would be there. It seemed like he wanted to make sure I wouldn’t be there right before closing? He implied I should come before 4:30, when they are open after that as well. It was odd. When we came to pick it up, it took a bit because they had to re-wrap it up after the first delivery attempt. It should have been re-wrapped already, especially when he asked me repeatedly to be there by 4:30. Looking at the other reviews, it seems they like to close early, so makes sense. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with this location, as their customer service was off.

  this experience actually deserves ZERO stars, but i’m giving grace. I walked in to redeem my birthday treat and get a gift for my mother. There was nobody inside to help me. One woman was in the back walking around and on her phone. She looked at me countless times and did not come to check if i needed help nor did she speak to me. I waited 30 minutes for someone to show up. Nobody did

  It was the perfect gift ! Got there early and product wasn’t ready yet. Would not let me leave and worked as quickly as possible and within a minutes it was ready. A great big thank you!!
