I called them told them what the product number was that I got from the website and they had it ready for me by the time I got there, which was 12 minutes. Haven’t tasted it yet. It looks great, but they do have some negative reviews on here, but mine was totally positive and I would highly recommend them.

Several roses had drooping heads, many petals were already falling off, and the stem lengths were extremely uneven, with some flowers cut very short. A few of the roses - especially the short ones -looked like they were already a week old. This is completely unacceptable for a same-day flower delivery, where customers expect fresh, high-quality blooms. Overall, the bouquet looked tired and poorly assembled, and it did not match the standard I would expect from a professional florist. I would not order from here again based on this experience.
