Took 2 days to get in contact after leaving several voicemails with no return call. No refund issued or offered because "I received an order", even tho the order received was not the order placed or paid for. I will give some credit, and say atleast a replacement order was offered but not accepted since the time and place was not valid anymore. It was a birthday gift and I didn't want to send another 2 days after. Edible.... your customers keep you in business! Pay attention to provide what you offer. Provide what we pay for! that's your promise, responsibility and obligation. If you can not, your customers should be refunded with an apology. If I pay for something and do not get it, as requested and offered we should not bear the responsibility of paying period! If you deliver something the customer did not request it is your issue not ours, it is your loss not ours. Re-train and teach better or find better employees to provide the service people are paying for or close your doors and stop taking people's money. If the issue is management then please dig deep and find the moral code that forces you to provide a more respectable service and respect for the people who shop with you and keep your doors open. This will be forwarded to corporate! 1 star because atleast you offered to re-delivery 2 days after calling 20 times and 2 days after the birthday of the person these were being gifted to.
