  Worst experience I have ever had. My groomsman and myself all went to either rent a tux or buy one for an upcoming wedding. They were quoted us a price and we make our deposits. When we went in for fitting we were quoted a completely different price. Told them we didn’t agree to that price and no longer wanted the tux. The owner became very confrontation and rude saying that we wouldn’t get our deposit back because he “lost more money.” How? When you’re just going to rent it out or sell it to someone else. Saying that we heard wrong even after asking the gentleman that was helping us and he wasn’t even there. He was in Hawaii vacationing. He can pull up the security footage if he really wants to see what happened. How is it that we, all 6 of us, heard the same information but we are in the wrong? Then when asked to speak to the man that helped us he downplayed his role in this and acted as if he never said what he said. Unprofessional. Lastly they told me that I was going to loose my deposits for cancelling so if I ever wanted to come back I would have to pay the deposits again. Ok?? Never will I recommend this place or ever go again. Owner is money hungry and will find any excuse not give you your deposits.

  Had been measured a week before my supposed event. When it arrived the suit and pants were too tight and definitely not my size, so we went ahead and dropped off the suit the very next morning as soon as they opened to see if there was any way to get overnight delivery. Billy did a great job on handling the situation from contacting anyone and got the job done well. I gave them a 4 star only because they gave me the wrong size the first time. But again Billy was amazing with his effort to fix the situation and got overnight delivery.
