I have done three returns at this location, and each time they try to tell me you can’t do returns from Nordstroms at Nordstrom Rack. I wasn’t in the mood to argue today so I left and just went to Nordstrom. It’s annoying. Please train your associates on your store policies.

Both seem to be occupied with something, not paying attention to how long the line was forming. I just put my items down and left. I'll continue to shop at the Plano location.

I have to travel to Houston I just need a travelers set I came across with Alex she was around and I ask her about something comfortable to wear on my trip. She ask me if I have tried Zella or joyalicious told her No she immediately set me up with two wonderful sets! I love the way she took care of me.
