- VJVictoria JuanFeb 24, 20261.0Not really clearly labeled price and discount. the sales also confused about the price and discount. Asked different sales someone able to scan and give the price, some are not. Not sure if it’s scanner or system issue. There are clearance displayed dresses but “not all eligible “ to the clearance discount. Even online has cheaper price for the same dresses. Can’t trust a store sale and not align with their discount policy. Recommend shop other Nordstrom’s rack store instead of the prosper gate one . This is not the first time I’m having this issue with the store.

I have done three returns at this location, and each time they try to tell me you can’t do returns from Nordstroms at Nordstrom Rack. I wasn’t in the mood to argue today so I left and just went to Nordstrom. It’s annoying. Please train your associates on your store policies.

Both seem to be occupied with something, not paying attention to how long the line was forming. I just put my items down and left. I'll continue to shop at the Plano location.
