I went in the store in Prosper to redeem my $25 gift card and was told that it had expired by one (1) day which I was not aware. The agent I was talking to was very nice and she said will call a supervisor, maybe she can override. Well, another agent came up, and was told what was going. She turn to me very rude and said there was nothing they can about it. I do understand that but it should've been handled in a more professional way. Supervisor never showed up.
