    We truly live in a stupid age so I buy a jacket online. It's a large and that's what I wear usually. But It's a little snug in the belly area when I zip it up. Also got it yesterday in the mail and tags are all on it. Anyways so I see that my local JCPenney this one in stock and they have multiple extra large of the same jacket in their store but for more than what it was that I paid online. Well I drive up there. They can't exchange it for that same jacket different size. But he says I can get my money back on it and it will be put on my credit card right here. Which is just dumb. Being that it's at Christmas it's going to take several days for me to reorder and for my money to hit the card too. I ask if I did that would I get the online price. No I'd have to pay the 160 that's in the store. Well it's obviously they are going to scam me into buying it in the store for 160 which I bought it online for $80. But yeah I can get my money back on it but I can't exchange it. That is just absolutely dumb ignorant stupid management there!!! It's no wonder your business is hurting the way it is because you're ignorant at the way you handle customers. I'll just suck it up keep my jacket even though it's a little snug if I zip it up but I'll just leave it open. I don't want to go through the hassle of it being right here at Christmas cuz I like the jacket and I wanted to wear it if I end up ordering it through them. It's going to be another 4 days and then plus for my money to come back another 3-4 days. Just not worth the hassle. Just plain stupid stuff there. I can understand exchanging it. That should be a no-brainer. Getting your money back now. That would be a little bit different. But no, it's the opposite here. Well I'm sure you'll end up like Sears and bells stage etc. I won't be coming back here. I bought two pairs of pants from them last month on Black Friday. But if you're going to not do a simple exchange considering it's brand new and all the tags are on it, it's just completely dumb. I guess I'll just purchase through online from now on. Considering how long it took me to get an answer in the store after waiting through a line and the drive was more than 15 mi away from where I live coming off of my job. Just a waste. Thanks for nothing.

    Been shopping there for 2 years and directly in front door there's 3 Cash register and only one work. So I have to go back to the middle of the store to pay my merchandise And 90% there's a long line. Can JC Penny help the seniors out so we don't have to walk around so much. I like shopping there but I might look around for other places to shop "I can't walk that much just to pay for my goods". please fix at least 1 of the 3 register.
