So I have to go back to the middle of the store to pay my merchandise And 90% there's a long line. Can JC Penny help the seniors out so we don't have to walk around so much. I like shopping there but I might look around for other places to shop "I can't walk that much just to pay for my goods". please fix at least 1 of the 3 register.

Potholes in the parking lot big enough to swallow your car whole and check out these jewelry displays. They are moldy, paint is peeling, and the foam inserts are quite literally disintegrating from age and exposure!!!! I think they’re the same ones from when the store opened 40 some odd years ago! And the air conditioner was broken AGAIN. Open ceiling tiles with buckets to catch trash and water placed underneath the holes right in the middle of clothing. The place is a disaster and the people of this community deserve better!
