  Thank you Watches of Switzerland and especially Brendan for the outstanding service and experience in picking up my long awaited Rolex Submariner Date. My wife Brittany and I have been customers since May of 2024 and have had numerous wonderful experiences purchasing brands such as Omega, Tudor, Breitling, Grand Seiko, and now our second Rolex. Brendan has worked with us since June of 2025 and has been extremely helpful, honest, and kind. Brendan has always made us feel valued and respected. We genuinely enjoy coming in to catch up with him and not just talk watches. The relationship we have built with Brendan has turned into a valued friendship and we look forward to coming back soon to see him and the staff. I also want to shout out Jonathan for providing the same level of excellent service throughout our first several purchases and times at the store. We will definitely be back soon!

  Today my wife and I had the great pleasure of being assisted by Heidi at Watches of Switzerland. This was a genuinely happy and wonderful shopping experience from start to finish. She helped guide us through the shopping experience in the best kind of way. We had so much fun and left with the perfect watch. I had always felt intimidated to go to a store like this - but definitely not anymore. Welcoming and friendly all the way around! Thanks Heidi!!

  I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but my experience at Watches of Switzerland absolutely deserves it—and it’s all thanks to Krissy. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel like more than just a customer. Her approach was genuine, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable without ever feeling pushy or transactional. She took the time to really understand what I was looking for, answered every question with patience, and guided me through the process with a level of care that’s honestly rare to find. What stood out most was her commitment. Krissy didn’t just “make a sale”—she followed through, kept me updated, and made sure every detail was handled perfectly from start to finish. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in delivering a memorable experience, not just a product. It’s one thing to buy a watch, but it’s another to feel confident, valued, and excited throughout the entire journey—and that’s exactly what she delivered. Because of her, what could have been a simple purchase turned into something special. If you’re visiting Watches of Switzerland, do yourself a favor and ask for Krissy.   I read the online reviews, which were all very positive, so I decided to visit the store to place an order. Unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite. The salesperson we worked with was difficult to engage with, and the interaction felt more confrontational than consultative. Most of my questions were met with brief, binary responses, and I had to repeatedly prompt for basic information. I had planned to purchase two watches—one for daily wear and one for special occasions—but I ultimately didn’t feel comfortable proceeding due to a lack of trust. I’m not sure whether this was due to the individual salesperson or a communication barrier, but the experience fell well short of expectations. I don’t write reviews like this, but overall, the experience was disappointing.

  Watches of Switzerland is a great place to visit if you are looking for a high-end watch and a great overall experience. I had the opportunity to work with Brent Yager and he was excellent from start to finish. He took the time to walk me through everything, answer all of my questions, and made the entire process feel easy and welcoming. What stood out most was how genuine and patient he was. He never made the experience feel rushed and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I also appreciated him taking the time to talk through future options and really understand what I was looking for. That level of service is hard to find these days. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend working with Brent Yager. Looking forward to working with him again.
